idk, its just fun. we get to spend more time with the characters, and watching it in high quality. The war arc is sometimes boring and very so fillers like these are good change for a little while. if you enjoyed watching NS movies you'll def enjoy this. Im not forcing you to watch, give it a chance once you finish the show
